・Employment matching support business between employers and foreign workers

・Human resource development, education and training programs in Japanese language and skills to meet the needs of employers.

・Support for foreign workers in their working life, daily life, social life, and Japanese language study

Employment matching support between employers and foreign workers

In order to achieve matching from the perspective of employers and foreign workets, we conduct the following hearings and questionnaires to ensure proper employment.。

・For employers ,we deal with japanies company needs regarding the foreign workers , challenges in hiring foreign workes, and training issues

・For foreign workers , we offer methods of skill formation, etc.

Human resource development, education and training programs in Japanese language and skills to meet the needs of employers.

◆Japanese language instruction

・Basic Japanese language skills that are necessary for foreign workers to communicate with japanese workers so that they can build good relationships in the company.

・Understanding the specific level of required Japanese skill by the company and providimg guidance on japanese corporate culture and specialized knowledge.

◆Training

・Enhancing online training using ICT, incorporating the perspectives of human resource development and risk management.

・We have been commissioned to conduct a one-month training course for the technical intern training program, and we work closely with companies to develop human resources who can be an immediate effective worker..

Support for foreign workers in their working life, daily – social life, and Japanese language study

We support The following daily life.

・Support for adaptation to society, such as learning how to take out the garbage and other knowledge necessary for daily life

・Promoting mutual understanding of Japanese culture and tradition such as etiquette and business ethics,

・We invite former school teachers, youth instructors, and other local people as lecturers to learn about the history,

Support services for various contracts and administrative procedures necessary for the daily lives of foreign residents

We provide extensive support for daily and social life, including application for visa status etc.

Support for the improvement of the working environment in the workplace for foreign workers

・We support the creation of a working environment where Japanese and non-Japanese workes can cooperate and work together,such as language considerations for foreign workers, sharing of values with the company, and provision of safety and security.

・We cooperate with and request companies to provide a comfortable working environment and post appropriate working conditions and treatment .

Support as a one-stop consultation service for foreign workers

・Suppot for difficult situation surrounding foreign workes in the Corona disaster (no jobs, reduction in wages, inability to return home, etc.)

・In order to protect foreign workers from exploitation by unscrupulous brokers, we expand the circle of compliance regarding the protection rights of foreigners, and build a good relationship with companies under a network system based on consensus.

・Selecting appropriate the supervising organization (sending organizations), and establishing an international coordination and cooperation system.

Support for interaction with local communities to realize a multicultural society

・We provide opportunities for foreign residents to be accepted by the local community and to interact with them, and we persist in our efforts to raise awareness among local residents.

In order to further deepen social, cultural, and economic exchanges with the above countries, we visit those countries regularly to strengthen relations of trust . In addition, we take advantage of position as the gateway city to the Kansai International Airport, we develop new friendship cities and sending countries, mainly in Asia.

Support for economic cooperation between sending countries and domestic companies

Technology transfer and international trade are also beneficial for the sending country and domestic companies. For this reason, we actively support economic cooperation between companies in the sending country and domestic companies.
